Hi Dave,

You definitely need to make it for this meet; the Autoglym man will undoubtedly very jealous and learn a thing or two about polishing and maintenance when he sees your absolutely stunning V70R!!!

I've no idea on the A/C regassing costs but will put the question to MRG; I'm sure whatever the cost, it will be very competitive plus you will have the opportunity to have a good look around your car with it up on a ramp, plus have a few superb technical guys at hand should you need anything looked at.

The guys at MRG are really pulling out all the stops for the meet so please do come and show them our support too; its not everyday that an official Volvo dealership will go to these lengths to support us in this way.

Plus think of all those cakes..................

I'll come on down and show support, might get 4 wheel tracking done at the same time plus I have a question regarding a slight oil leak that needs rectifying around the turbo

Sorry to hear that Iain; hopefully it will work out such that you can attend. Mind you, its effectively an all day event so you can turn up at any time I guess; but I cannot guarantee the availability of any cakes later in the day, or soon after Nuisance arrives for that matter!!!

count me in Iain.

This is my 'local' dealer, and as members may remember I've mentioned a couple of times - servicing costs around £100 less than other dealers - and the one dealer that my wife doesn't mind taking the car in.

...could look at that sunday....

Unfortunately, saturday is my day with the children - I don't think time at a Volvo dealership will occupy their minds for long!

O-K Ashok, the cakes have done it for me, I'll be there, even if it's raining lol.
Good to hear from you, look forward to meeting up again.

I've been in touch with MRG Volvo again and their charges will be as follows:

Air-Con Regas - £50 incl VAT
4-Wheel Laser Alignment - £35 incl VAT

Is there any other "standard" service item which anyone would like done, which needs / may need a quote? If so, please let me know and I will ask.
