Your Volvo as a limousine?
There is new guidance out for stretched limousine operators.
http://www.dft.gov.uk/pgr/regional/t...s?page=1#a1001 It looks like they're going to be clamping down on some of the less savoury operators out there. It's interesting to note that unless they're used exclusively for weddings and funerals, they need to be registered either as Private Hire Vehicles or as part of a small Passenger Service Vehicle operator's fleet. I think it's also aimed at making it more difficult to register the 'extra long' ones which have become increasingly common. Seems it'll require a PSV license to drive one with more than 8 passenger seats (which has always been the case for other vehicles).
