MIL codes?
after following the idiots guide to making a flash reader I had the following result.
a combination of 232 then it stopped so i ran the test again and got 212 I tried 2 more time and got the same result. What do these 2 codes mean? And is there a list somewhere of other codes for future reference? Thanx in advance I've received lots of help already but I've just got this last kink to iron out |

You will still need to clear the DTC, even after replacing the sensor. As Jod said I would clear the code(s) now prior to replacing anything to see which, if any, re-occur.
Regarding replacement, it can only be a Genuine Bosch item. The cheap aftermarket ones on eBay are pants. |

thats even better as the guy i brought it off said he'd had the o2 sensor changed but the mechanic didn't have the tool to reset the light.
I wasn't sure he was right as with my Primera the light always cancelled once the fault was fixed. Is there a way to cancel the light using the same flash set i used to get the code? |

OBDII code reader won't help you, you need to follow exactly the reset procedure using the LED code reader:

What codes have come back?..... It is likely that returning codes indicate a permanent fault... As Chris has indicated code removal, indicated by a fuel pump restart will prove that returning codes are permanent.... Jod
