97 S70 for Sale: 10V, sport exh+susp, Dynaudio, Leather, LHD

Hi,

I have to sell my beloved S70! I cannot believe it myself, but we are moving continents so it is impossible to take it with me (otherwise I would have).

First of all: this is a LHD vehicle, imported by myself from Germany (in 2008). For me, driving on the left has its advantages (safe for entering and leaving the car) and disadvantages (overtaking). I have driven the car in the UK for over 10years now and never had any problems regarding driving.

The car comes with a complete service history booklet and I have receipts for almost all repairs under my ownership.

Km/miles: 267.000/166,000

Colour: Anthracite (427)

Wheels: Continental Sport Contact on 17" Comet rims (anthracite)

Modifications:
– Egg crate grill
– The car has a lowered sport suspension (not Volvo)
– Jetex sport exhaust (lower grade stainless steel) – fantastic sound.
– K&N air filter.

Interior: dark grey/black leather, wood trim.

Other: manual, TRACS, ACC

Stereo:
– SC-901 unit and the corresponding Volvo amplifier.
– Original Volvo DYNAUDIO loudspeakers, which I fitted.
– Alpine 6-CD changer
A very unique and genuine combination with absolutely fantastic sound.

– yearly inspections
– will get front brakes done next week;
– MOT til October 2019;
– new clutch @ 262.000km
– Timing belt @ 260.000km
– had PCV replaced a few years ago
– new thermostat in 2016
– rear brakes and discs @ 240.000km
– lock cylinder @ 240.000
– Serpentine belt @ 208.000km
– ...

The car has been serviced at volvo dealerships or specialists (and lately at one of the best Volvo specialists I can think of: Volvomax Glasgow).

Ownership history: my father bought the car from a Volvo dealership in 1998, owned it til 2003, I bought if from him and have owned and driven it since.

The car has some dents and scratches.

I would like to achieve a price around £900, but am open for offers.

The car is located in Glasgow and would need to be collected.
