I bought this car a while back as a full donor car for may own 850r, no tax & no mot, however when it arrived it turned out to be far too good a car to break. So I'm going to move it on & hopefully someone will be up for giving this car the TLC it needs to bring it back to its best & save another one from the crusher

The Good bits.

It's a really nice original car that nobody has b*ggered about with. It's a 1996 car, 2.3 turbo with 4 speed auto box. HPI clear.

I'm the 3rd registered keeper - the previous two were from the same family it seems. The car has covered approx. 204k and both the engine & gearbox are smooth, no smoke & looks like its been mechanically well maintained. The car is getting a new MOT this week so will come with a full ticket.

Internally, although a little tired the seats have no rips or tears & with a good clean & re-colouring work on the drivers bolster will come up like new. All the electrics work although the AC doesn't blow cold.

The not so good bits....

Externally the bodywork needs help. Bumpers on all four corners are scratched/abraded. Paintwork is good although heavily oxidised, with a good cut & polish will come back. Blistering on the boot door top edge. Taken a knock to the drivers side rear quarter panel around the filler cap, nothing too serious but needs attention.


All in all its a great 850R & I knew I couldn't break it the minute it rolled off the flatbed. I'm in no rush to sell & if it doesn't go i'll do the work myself next year before putting it on for proper money. So grab yourself a bargain R:
