Default Do You Need A Flash Code Reader Ph2 850

I have been approached by several people with regard to the manufacture of the flash code readers used on the later 850 4.3 Motronic vehicles.....It will also work on the 20v and 10v engines prior to the 1997 4.4 motronic. The 4.4 motronic 2.5 20v and LPT models do not produce flash codes.... It will work on the Fenix 10v including the '70 series..
The readers i will make will be fairly basic affairs,. with a box mounted button and 12v led...There will be three wires from the unit box, one -(5) one +(16) and one for the relevant ecu, fuel (3), ecc (6) and cruise (13)....
Full instructions to use will be included, including how to read the codes and how to delete the codes...
The cost will be £20, including the unit, instructions, P&P Payment by Paypal to jod.jod@talk21.com so if anyone is interested add to the list below....£5 of the cost will be given to Charity....

Hi Jodt5, If one of these will work with my early v70 I'll have one. Its a 1998 v70 t5 with manual throttle and the connector under the central arm rest. other than that I'm not sure how else I can check which system I have.

Regretably the flash code reader will not work with the 4.4 motronic ecu, which is fully OBD11 complient....you will need this type of stuff... http://www.ilexa.co.uk/acatalog/volfcr.html

Stick me down too. You could bring it up to Marham if you want.

Hi Jod,

I'd like one, I assume this is the same system as on my 1994 2.5 10v?

Cheers
