Default v40 sun visor removal

can anyone tell me how to remove the passenger sun visor(illuminated)? The mirror does not want to come away from the visor in order for me to disconnect the wiring and I cannot find a connector block in the A frame to disconnect it from the main wiring.

I found the connector at the top of the A frame, neatly concealed and visor now removed. Its not really a job for guys with big fingers and long arms.

I am also interested to know why. I would like to source one without a bloody great yellow sticker on it that can't be read anyway and replace it. I really don't see the need to put stickers in the car when there is an instruction manual.
I thought I could get one for the driver's side of a left hand drive car.
