92 940 Highlander lowering advice
Just looking for general advice on lowering a 1992 940 estate, best springs/shocks etc.
Any help appreciated. Cheers! Chris |

I've not had any great complaints about Lesjofors lowering springs. Only thing is they lower the rear slightly more than the front in my experience, and they perhaps don't go as "low" as some people would like. I think they're a decent cheap option (they used to be cheap on eBay anyway).
Lots of people seem to favour the Bilstein options for shocks, either B6 or B8 depending on how compliant you want it. That's the combination I'd go for next time unless I wanted it to be even lower. Also consider either a larger front anti-roll bar or a chassis brace, and if you want to take it a step further do the "camber mod" for better front end grip. |

Hi Pete,
Thanks for the advice. Do you have any pictures of them on your car? Chris |
