You mean the full 260bhp T5 guise and not the wanaby 220bhp version which i suspect been a 3 door S40 it will be,

Wonder how differant to the focus ST it will be as i bet they use the same running gear as each other

It will be 220bhp but on such a small car I still think it'll be fun. It's on a modified version of the S40/V50 chassis which is no bad thing (IMHO the V50 handles exceptionally well) - it will be interesting to see how it stands up against the (larger) Focus ST.

I'm of the opinion that just because Volvo Cars are owned by Ford that the product must be diluted...I personally feel some of the newer Fords (eg the Focus ST) are improved due to the Volvo influence.

As long as they don't put the C30T5 into the ST's Orange....

I don't think I have an "intense urban lifestyle"

is it not just going to be a new 480? with bigger engines and such?

i liked the 480, this just looks like the 480, but rounder, and lacking flippy lights!

I guess so, insofar as it's a 3-door coupe with a glass hatch that shares the S40/V50 mechanicals as the 480/400/460 mechanicals were shared.

Bet you won't get goldfish though!
