XC60 Ordered

Well, I did the deed, and after taking a test drive this morning and getting an improved (by £1200) trade-in offer, I ordered a manual gearbox XC60 D5 SE Lux Premium in silver with anthracite leather/Nordic oak interior and 18" Merac wheels. I'm told it'll be some weeks before it arrives, but when it does I'll post comments and pictures here, if anyone's interested?

The options I specified are: metallic paint; "Premium" pack (satnav/leather); panoramic sunroof; laminated side glass; Dynaudio stereo/subwoofer/DAB radio; Bluetooth; heated rear seats; adaptive chassis; front/rear park assist + camera; keyless drive/PCC; heat-reflecting windscreen; "appearance pack" (front/side/rear scuff plates, exhaust trim); and non-illuminated instep plates. I also qualified for the current 3 year free servicing promotion.

The "old" XC60 diesel I test-drove was generally very impressive. The new D5 really must be some engine - I am looking forward to trying it out.

Congratulations on new car.

Your car's equipment are very similar to mine.

New D5 is fantastic.

Under the showroom section you can fine my driving impressions of it.
