Wow a nice 400.
Has the engine been modded? The 1.7 turbo is a tunable lump. Nice to see another modded volvo Dai |

Inbetween Volvo's...
|
Well, firstly... Not to keen on the tribal stickers or the touring car spoiler, but they're just things i don't like fullstop, not just on the Volvo. Other than that, it looks really good. Good craftsman ship-i especially like the smoothed off tailgate, and the engine bay is very impressive.
So, is this a one off kit or is it something that may become readily available for the 440? I expect there would be quite a bit of demand for a kit like that as the 400 series is becoming more popular... Good work none the less, good to see 440's are finally getting some interest!

Wicked Modding!!!
I have to say....gorgeous modding! I used to have a 440, a 460...they are amazing but mine are nearly roadkilled!!! Yours lookes class!!!! Got to point out...I dont approve of the tribal style either, but the car looks class! My dad got me a V40 for my bday...GDI....so you are all gonna stick your nose up at it...I thought I would too once I read this forum...but it drives like a dream....and the leathers are like in a limo! Anyway...the 400 series rules and the bottom line is.....that is some class modding...all of my 400 series were 1.8....so not as nice as your mods...none the less.... 400 series the way you do it just rocks!!! Well done!!! I mean....look at all the boy racers here in the UK...MAX power....they say the pug306 and saxo and skyline (ok that i some kit....but u can never get insurance unless you are over 25).....but they miss out the volvo..and thats just stupid.....the 400 series can kick ass of any Punto, Saxo or whatever,,,even with a 1.8 BHU engine....Volvo is really for life....I know that if I crashed I would rather be in a vlovo than a punto...will post photos of me crashed into a central reservation on the M40....the volvo isnt wreched...just panel damage+gearbox damage...no damage to me....and this is on the motorway!!!! Basically....what I want to say is your mods look class....wish I could do the same....and point number 2...volvo rules...whether you are young or old!!! Sorry for the long rant....but thats how I think!
