850/V70 Rear seats

I'm purchasing a Series 1 V70 (say a 98/99 model).
I currently have the extra seats installed at the back of my 95 850 estate.
I know this also entails installation of seat belts, saver tire,etc but can these be transferred to a V70 estate or am I better off biting the bullet and getting a new set installed? I may even keep the 850.

If so, do Volvo dealers have to fit them?

We're back to square one as we pulled out of the purchase.
14 grand for a 98 V70 TDi CD with 60k miles seemed a bit steep in comparison with newer spec models.

However, turns out the technicians didn't fancy taking seats from one and putting them in another so they agreed to fit a new set for £500.
I'm sure they were just putting this back on the purchase price but that's not why we pulled out.
If and when we have a spare set I'll bear you in mind,
