1971 144DL Auto Saloon for sale

I'm selling my 144 as I recently bought a 'modern' 240 to replace it.

Has MOT until the end of November, Tax exempt. Drives well, but needs some TLC.

If anyone's interested I'll get some pictures and more details up.

I'm in Sheffield & I'm looking for around £800.

Sorry but I've had to take the car off the market for the moment because of a mechanical problem. I'm going to properly investigate and sort it out over the next couple of days hopefully & I'll update this thread then.

As I'm probably going to have to spend some cash sorting this out, I might end up putting a full test on it and upping the price a bit. I'm not sure yet though.

One of the oil pump seals has split meaning the oil pressure dropped. Dropped the sump today to diagnose and just waiting on parts to reassemble.

Thing is, after cleaning the car up and driving it a bit I've realised what a great car it is so I'm thinking about putting a full MOT on it. Obviously I'd then be looking for more money. This was supposed to be a quick sale, damnit!
