P242f

Hi i have a p242f fault code displayed on my 210 s40 which has 89k miles. I recently bought it privately with what a fully stamped service book but soon got a p2585 fuel additive control module fault. I filled the additive tank and when getting the engine fault code removed by a garage they point out that my dpf pressure sensor hose had degraded and broke. Yesterday I replaced this hose but now i get a p24 dpf ash restriction fault code with rpm restricted to 2900 rpm. Have i any optons left other than replacement of the dpf ?
