Can 2,4, 17 and 19 earth anywhere?
Does 6 earth anywhere or does it have to join 17 and 19?
As 10 is live should it be taken from the fuse box? If so which number?

11 is earth,

all earth can be earthed anywhere but I prefer to link them up and earth them in two common point.

You need to shut the petrol off and you do this by cutting the pwer to the petrol pump realy. It is found on the reay board behind the ash tray.

Yes i understand the principle, but your information is

87a 15 cut power to Green fuel pump relay
85 12 cut power to Green fuel pump relay
From memory it is the yellow fuel pipe wire you have to cut. It is the thickest one there

So do both 85 & 87a join into the same cut in the yellow fuel (pipe?) wire?

What about,
10 is live should it be taken from the fuse box? If so which number?

come off the fuse box. You need to find a power that is only on when the ignition is on and also stays on when cranking[/COLOR]

There are two green relays, one circular one oblong. I understand circular one is a bulb failure relay.

There are no yellow wires to the green oblong relay, only

Pink
Green/Black
Black
Blue/Red
Brown
Red/White

Thickest seems to be the brown and pink, which do i cut?

When connected up as per your instructions fuse no 1 blows (25amp)

Having looked at the bosch website they say that

30 input from + battery terminal, direct
85 Output, actuator (end of winding to ground or negative)
86 Start of winding
87 Input
87a 1st output (break side)

which differs from your

30 is earth,
85 12 cut power to Green fuel pump relay
86 13 blue switch wire no5
87 14 not used
87a 15 cut power to Green fuel pump relay

any ideas?

I've fuffed that one up. With out a relay to look at but I've found online so here goes.

30 pink wire
87 pink wire or could be 87@ - you need it so that when the switch is on gas it cuts out the petrol relay.
86 blue wire from switch
85 earth
