Fuse box is inside cabin nsf footwell ,
Me personally would mount camera run it along rood down nsf A pillar panel then take feed from 12 socket which is so easy to access remove consul side panel 3 clips that just pull .

Well, Halfords tried but failed to fit it. He got the carpet off all right and he said that he undid five of the fusebox catches but couldn't undo the final one. The good thing is that he gave me a free micro2 fuse jumper.

Haven't tried it myself but there have been multiple reports of how incredibly difficult it is to get that fusebox cover off.

As Volvo for ever suggested it is easier to power from behind the 12v accessory socket near the gear-lever, the tunnel trim pulls off sooo easily to allow connection + hide the hardwire kit.
Volvo can supply a converter which fits to back of the accessory socket if preferred so wiring of the car is completely untouched.
