Default 2011 V60 wiper blade hitting edge of windscreen

Hi,

I have V60 which I have recently bought. I noticed that the driver side wiper blade was hitting the edge of the windscreen frame like it's slightly over wiping. It's must have been doing this for a while as the black paint has been chipped away on the edge of the windshield.

I have tried adjusting the wiper arm by trying to move it down a notch, those notches are tiny but I still can't get it right. It just goes back to its original position or really low when in resting mode.

I have a bosch wiper blade and it's the plastic bit on the end that is hitting the window frame.

Any ideas on how to fix this or other wiper blades to use??

TIA

Check the length, it might be too long which is causing the problem?

I do believe they should be 26" + 20"

I've checked the wiper lengths and they are correct. They maybe one of those super flat blades. I've ordered normal blades, so will wait for them to come in. Fingers cross these work otherwise I'll have to live with the annoying knocking like the previous owners.

Thank you both for commenting.

UPDATE:
The new Heyner blades work. They are about 4mm narrower than the Bosch blades hence no more knocking the windscreen frame. Yay!
