Default 850 full performance exhaust

Don at Kalmar Union only has downpipes suitable for 98+ cars unfortunately. Does anyone else do Ferrita? I found European Tuning but I'm wary of spending €1k+ there. Jetex only does catback as far as I can see. Anyone else? I'm in Ireland, if that's relevant.

Another one for flux.

They gave me a decent price on a downpipe .

Flux quoted me 480

Thumbs up

I have a brand new "spare" stainless steel "flowed" exhaust manifold for a 1984cc non-turbo 850. I bought it around 9 years ago but stupidly sold the 854 before I got round to fitting it.

If you can make use of it pm with an offer.

The 854 the one car I should never have sold!

I can't afford to buy the next car on my wishlist (X308 Jag XJR) because I refuse to sell mine. My eldest is promised it when I kick the bucket, he'd murder me at this stage if I sold it.

Stumbled across these guys and thought they may be of interest to you seeing as they're on the island of Ireland. I've no personal experience with them, nor affiliation, so can't comment on their workmanship. Might be worth a phone call all the same.

I spotted them before, they're Longlife agents, any idea if Longlife are any good, what their quality control is like? I'll do some googling of course.

I'm wary of agents because I brought my car to another company that operates as agents for British companies before, and they made a complete balls of rolling my arches, kinking two of them. The Irish "performance scene" is very patchy and hacky. Lots of "good enough", very little professionalism.

IIRC some of the chaps with S/V40 T4's had good things to report after fitting LongLife but that was some years back. You could ask on the x40 and Performance section of the forum. Any joy with Flux Fabrication...?

R&D Car Parts (Netherlands) have a selection of Ferrita and ship to Ireland. Do you have the ability to fit one yourself or maybe know of a good exhaust fitter in Cork who'll fit it for you?

Flux came back to me after a wee poke, I replied to them today to clarify something, I'll probably go with them because they've worked with 850s before, and a couple of people here seem happy with them, assuming they're not bots.

I actually have a downpipe and catback in a basket on R&D Parts, but I don't know anything about them, and they're quite pricey: €1132.98 before shipping. Flux comes to about the same shipped.

I'll report back when I've bought and/or fitted.
