 On section 12 of the second link, Is that a new bump stop they are replacing? I didnt have any bump stops with my springs (second hand) there Heico springs and dont lower by that much. Will this be and ussue. And some of the equipment that it says is needed like splitting the ball joints is that needed or can I muddle through with prybars and things like that?

Well, the bump stop is crap anyway. I have one missing, as it had decintergrated (hope I spellt that right) and only a few crumbs were left. Haven't needed them...
No, you don't need to undo the ball joints. Nor the brake caliper. Steps 1-6 can be ignored.
