Default Faulty 5th cylinder injector

Hi,
I have a 2001 XC70.
After a long-ish trip yesterday, as I pulled into my driveway, the check engine light came on and I notice it was idling rough. My Torque app threw up a P0205 code indicating that the injector in the 5th cylinder was faulty.
Today, I could not feel the rough idling on the first two short trips, but then, coming home from the mall, it began to really struggle. And the CEL light was flashing when under load on the last uphill before home.
I did notice that when I changed plugs about 2 months ago, the plug cavity in the 5th cylinder was quite oil-y.
Where exactly are the injectors? Could it be as simple as a loose connection? Are there fuses for each injector? Could I just have a fouled plug? Am I looking down the barrel of a head gasket replacement?

Thanks for any tips

I grew up fixing my P1800 (whose engine I re-built from the block up), a 145, a 264, but since I moved up to an 850 and now the XC 70, I haven't had the time or the inclination to do even some of the basics. But I did just have a closer look under the hood and I can now see where the injectors are hiding and tomorrow I will start by putting a rod up against the injector and against my ear and see if I can hear it clicking. I will then look to extract the injector and see if it needs cleaning or replacing. If you have any better suggestions than "don't try", I'd be happy to hear them.

Check the electrical connector to the injector is clean and mating properly

Try contact cleaner in the connector.

Check also the loom is not bound hard to the injector body and potentially chaffing through: mine was (D5 diesel). I used cable ties to get the loom away from the injector.

I measured the resistance on the 5th injector. It came up as 74 ohms. The others were measuring about 16 ohms.
I think I need a new injector.
How do I remove the fuel rail?

I went to a wreckers and pulled all 5 injectors from a wrecked V70. They all measured roughly 17.4 ohms. Brought them home, cleaned them up best I could, carefully removed the fuel rail and replaced the faulty injector.
But it is still not right. When I put a dowel rod onto the other injectors, I can hear the solenoid clicking plain as day. On the new(used) injector, I hear clicking, but not as loud as the other four.
Can anybody confirm the part number of a new injector?
The ones I took from the wreck have 2 sets of numbers:
9454555 and
028015746
My VADIS is giving me messages about how I can't use it after 2017, so I can't look up the part number myself.
Do I have the correct injector?

I believe you should have the orange injectors for your turbo engine. May want to inspect the wiring to the injectors as well.
