10 years ago I would say genuine. Now you go to the dealer order your new pump. Hand over a wad of cash, get a lovely Volvo box but with a piece of crap in it. Fit it then about 3-18 months later take it off because its failed and question why you blew all that money on a genuine part that is not fit for purpose.
Other option is a cheap factors pump to do the same but less expensive Next option is look for a good Hepu pump but some of them are suffering the same fate as Volvo Or go for SKF one (you know the parent company of Volvo) and get a pump that is about the same quality as what volvo fitted in teh factory https://www.classicswede.co.uk/B200_..._18153998.aspx |
