Default Rubber fuel lines for 1800S

Hi all,
I've been advised (https://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=292675) to replace the braided fuel lines in my 1968S. Obviously, the cotton braid makes it difficult to inspect the lines for damage.

I have a couple of questions:-

Firstly, are the rubber fuel lines from the petrol pump to the carbs 8mm ID?

Secondly, has anyone got a recommendation for good quality fuel lines (Derek suggested ethanol proof meeting DIN 73379-1 standards). I know there are some questionable quality lines on ebay. I was going to try Gates Barricade, but its proving a little difficult to source.

Thanks in advance

Phil

The above sell good quality line, much better than I have had elsewhere.
I believe that the line from pump to carb is 6mm (1/4"), at least it is on my amazon..my fuel pump has differing inlet and outlet sizes.

Thanks Anazon69,
Derek suggested the pipes are different ID either side of the pump as well. I’ll measure up and get some ordered.
