Compliant?
Are either/both/none of the 960 MkII and the P1 V70 OBDII compliant? Thinking of getting a cheap code reader but need to know if either of the above cars are suitable.

960 mkII will work with a OBD reader
The V70 the 20 valve engines do but not the 10 valve engines |

The P1 v70 tdi definatly is not.
I belive anything petrol after 1996 I think,should be anything diesel after 2004 should be. Diesels were a lot later to the party than petrol cars. Paul. |

Thanks for the input guys.It turns out that my Omega isn't compliant and if classicswede is correct then my V70 being a 10 valver is also not so that'd only be 1 out of three that is,so I think at least for now I'll pass on buying a reader.
