Which bike holder for C30?

Thinking of getting some Volvo roof bars for my C30, mainly because I want to be able to carry bikes on it. Volvo offer three different types of bicycle carrier for the C30, although I presume they can be got for all Volvo models (1) Aluminium with frame bracket (2) Frame mounted (3) Fork mounted.

I was wondering which one people find the best? Can they be bought spuriously or better to stick with Volvo?

I'd go Thule or Volvo (pretty sure Thule make the Volvo OEM ones anyway). Used both over the years and they're excellent.
