340 CVT 4 Way Vacuum Control Valve
I have a good working 4 way Vacuum valve which controls the CVT gearchanging ... Most will have failed a long time ago and they are no longer available new . The transmission should change up about 30 mph and the rpm fade away and leave you cruising quietly . If the car is all revs from 30 - 45 mph the valve is likely to be faulty .
Please PM If interested , £28 it to my pay pal and i will post it ..

Variomatic
Hi,
I have a variomatic 340 with only 32,000 miles on, the car is perfect, but the Clutch is possibly gone. I live in Ireland but have had no luck in finding a person to sort this out for me reasonably. Have you any suggestions. kind regards, Jarlath |

Jarlath,
Where abouts in Dublin are you? I may be able to help. Clutches aren't exactly cheap, but it may not be the clutch. Drop me a PM or email me at macplaxton AT gmail dot com. I'll then send you my number. |
