I Thought I would be good for the Volvo world to add this thread as some of the articles you may not have seen, I thought it would be nice to put together an archive of articles on our much loved Volvos I will start with a very recent one :



































If anyone has any other Volvo magazine articles please add them

Good to see those articles, in particular the 850 goes racing- ive always wondered what happened to the old touring cars when they were 'decommissioned'

interesting to see the red 850 prototype too

Hi Matt

I thought it would be good to get the articles all together not just on the much loved Yellows..

I do plan a trip at some point maybe this year or next to see the Volvo museum with the touring cars laid out etc etc i have heard one of the cars is coming back to the uk soon which should be good the red car and one of the racers was for sale a few months ago....

the BTCC cars were 2.0litre non-turbo so not based on the T-5R as many people think

I think it's fairly impressive that the 2.0 normally aspirated race engine made substantially more power than the 2.3 turbo!
