Was this issue soreted? I have an identical fault code, says signal too high, pressure readings are 6hpa at idle, 33hpa at 2000rpm. I have had an analogue pressure meter connected in place os the pressure sensor, and the readings are correct. While driving, it will suddenly go into limp mode, and remain until fault cleared. I am assuming, wiring fault, or the ECM fault. To swap this I assume it would have to be programmed at volvo?

Cheers

I would check the wiring to the pressure sensor , move it around whilst monitoring the reading .. the loom can rub on the sharp edge of the battery tray and the gearbox if it's not secured properly .

The car is in limp mode, no LED/error message on the dash. Vida gives me the following error code: "ECM-2A30 Particulate trap signal too high".

Problem is: the DPF, pressure sensor, hoses and additive fluid are all brand NEW, replaced less than 3.000km ago.

When I try a forced regen, I immediately have the "operation failed" error message. The values regarding the DPF pressure are within the norm (3-4Hpa at idle).

Do you think that the ECM is at cause here?

Thanks for the help!

I have C30 1.6d DRIVe 2011

I feel your stress,
you may find my recent post to be of interest
