Well, gone for £657.00 - amazing went up £150 in the last 1 minute and 30 secs. Still a good buy for someone I reckon.

Yeah,
This forum is really helpful. It helped me go back to Volvos after around 15 year of running the usual jelly moulds. The car went for a fair price. Personally, I like the petrol engined models, although I also run a 2.8 TD Mitzi Pajero. On the up side I have a 2.3 LPT estate and I am (which surprised the c**p out of me) getting 25.5 MPG doing the school run ( country rural lanes) out of ( same journey three times a day) over 8 miles round trip. Having been made redundant ( thanks Mr Cameron) I am gob smacked with the MPG o9f the 940. I never bothered recording before. Getting rid of the Mitzi - buy another long lasting, simple to maintain, comfy to drive, get 4 kids in (940 estate). Volvo - The Best Motor By Far................... |

Hopefully, another decent diesel will come along. The problem for me wasn't the car, but that I couldn't afford a bidding war with only one income at the moment. Somebody got a decent motor - shame it wasn't me, but that's life.
