Default Volvo V70 detachable Tow Bar

Hi,

Just upgraded from my 2003 V70 D5 SE to a 2009 V70 D5 SE

The new one has a Volvo branded detachable tow bar.

I don't think the tow bar is Flange type? Our Caravan (Eriba Triton) has a handle operated stabiliser which needs a Flange type tow bar. When we had a swan neck previously it kept cracking the stabaliser arm when reversing/turning.

Does anyone know if its possible to replace just the detachable bit so its flange type?

Oh, if anyone is interested in a great 2003 V70 D5 SE, PM me as it will be coming up for sale very soon.

Thanks
