Default V50 - Engine Assist. Required

Hi to all,
I got some problems with my Volvo V50 2.0D 2004 with no FAP and I would like to have some help.
Recently I changed the turbo intake pipe after some months driving with a broken tube and a bit less power than usual.

After changing the pipe the turbo started to stop working and I had P2263 error. I checked the westgates valves tube and they seems to be ok. Any one got the routing maybe?

Sometimes was working fine, some other no.

I changed the gasoli filter cause everything started after refill the tank.

No luck and still the problem. After a couple of the the service light "engine system assistence rquired" turned on but NO p2263 error and nicely working engine.

I cleaned the intake valve (was full of oil), cleaned the sensor on intake valve, closed and disconnected the egr valve.

Still no luck: when i got the eeror P2263 the turbo doesnt work, when i dont have it i got the service light on, and the engine works fine.

I believe that westgates valve are ok, otherwise the turbo should never work, right? Turbo compressor should be fine too, cause it's working...

Any ideas?

Many thanks
