Bit of an open ended question really. It would depend on which of the[metal]brake pipes you want changed and how they're routed e.g. over the fuel tank so the tank needs lowering or the pipes re-routed around the tank.Basically you'd be paying for brake pipe[usually costed per foot/metric equivalent]plus ends, then cost of flexible hoses if you want to change those plus brake fluid. Then add on labour rate for removing/replacing these pipes and bleeding the brakes.

So really I'd need to get under it and have a look see how bad it is? Gonna head up and have a look, cant test drive it on the roads only around the grounds of the garage but I'll also get some photos of the underneath.

I've had scores of cars failed on surface corrosion on brake pipes just because they were visually brown (I reckon some garages are too picky) all I've ever done is wet and dry, etch prime and Matt black, never had one fail the retest.

If you can get a good look underneath then as clarkey1984 says they may well clean up-especially the ferrules on the flexible hoses-with a bit of wet'n'dry and then paint. As always though with such essential parts if in doubt then replace. It can all depend on the testers interpretation of "slight corrosion"
