Question Dash warning lights, with ignition off?

Hi
Anyone help with a 440(1994) 19TD, tried to start, nothing happened.
When ignition is switched off, fuel light, brake warning & brake bulb lights stay illuminated on panel.

Only way to stop them is disconnect battery. I have pulled each relay, and these will not extinguish the lights.

Anyone any idea?
Thanks

Hello!

I had something like this on my car, last summer.

The regulator from the alternator suddenly died and too much power went to battery which also i had to replace it.
That's it. Two parts to replace.

Good luck!
