'How safe is Volvo's future?' Autocar 30 May 2007
For whoever is interested there is a big article about the future of Volvo finanacially, and their new design direction. They also talk about how Volvo are planning to change their image and BMW's plan for takeover.
I genuinely am starting to get very concerned about Volvo's future myself....... |

I hope that BMW do not buy Volvo. Look what they did to Rover.

Yes, but the sole reason they bought Rover was to get an insight into building FWD drivetrains. But, they soon learnt that Rover had no FWD technology of their own, it was all Honda's. And in fairness, Rover were in a much worse financial state than Volvo when BMW swallowed them up.
