Default Couple of queries re S60

Hi all,

I have a 2017 S60 D4 that I have a couple of queries about.
First of all, I have these lights (DRLs?) that don't work regardless of what position the light switch is in: https://i.ibb.co/SnzZxsq/20230803-210849.jpg
Haven't seen any fuse that appears to be blown - I haven't checked all fuses as I'm not sure what one it is. What could be causing these lights to not work?

Secondly, I want to hardwire my dashcam into the fusebox below the passenger footwell. There are a number of different ones available so not sure which one to choose.
I assume I need to choose one that is only powered when the ignition is on, not all the time?

Anyone have any advice?
Edit: changed photo to link as its massive

The lights should be on as long the ignition is on. First thought is that the bumper has been off at some point and the lights not reconnected. Try and have a look underneath or through the wheel arch to see if there is anything obvious.

I connected my dashcam to fuse 2 in the box under the glove box. It stays on for about 5 mins after locking the car.

Is there a setting in the menu under lights for turning the DRLs off?

Page 20. This is the XC60 but likely the same for S60...
