Default Dpf sensor circut low

2.0D 2010 77K S40
Replaced sensor about a year ago and alls been fine until recently....
Cant get my head round it as its intermittent, car went into limp home mode with the 2 codes 2452 and 2454 which couldnt be cleared with launch x. Bought new generic sensor which let me clear the faults and worked ok for 200 miles and then again engine service on dash poped up the above 2 codes and limp home mode. Thing is it when it goes into limp home you can stop the car take the key out lock and unlock the car and its fine again for a few miles. Anyways ive access to a pit so i removed the dpf and used some product to clean it out and disposed of the waste through my works waste disposal seperator, checked sensor pipes are all ok and replaced the dpf. I then Ran a forced regen which isnt nice to watch i might add and it completed it with no errors or faults using launch x software. but again after a short drive im getting the 2 codes p2452 and p2454 diesel particulate filter differential sensor circut low. The sensor is new albeit not genuine, the pipes are clear, the eloys tank was filled about 20k ago and not showing as a fault and the dpf has been cleaned and regened so its prity clear and free flowing. I know they say its to be replaced @ 75k but ive read reports of success of cleaning them and it did a sucessful regen and carried it out without fault then all pressures and sensor signals were fine or it wouldnt have completed it. Is it just the dpf has ran its usefulness and needs replaced ?
Car again has the two faults and goes into limp home but a quick lock/unlock sorts it for a few more miles.
any pointers would be apperaited before i buy a new dpf
cheers D

Hello,
The only thing I can see that you haven't checked is a possible short in the wiring harness.
Don't know about launch x reader but some readers are not up to vida/dice spec at clearing codes properly.
At 77k the dpf isn't that far past it's life but depends on the type of driving you do.
A dpf can be cleaned manually but they can be very fragile and easily damaged causing the honeycomb to collapse.
