Default D5 205HP no fuel rail pressure

Hi Everyone,

I am new to the forum and a first time Volvo owner.
I have a 2010 XC60 with a D5 Euro 5 205HP engine.
Engine was running a bit rough, so I thought I would clean the injectors.

After re-installation, she started for a split second - I guess from residual fuel left in the injectors. But now I cannot get her to hold common rail pressure.
VIDA rail pressure shows 0 hPa. I have tried 20x on/off priming method and also cracking the injector nuts while cranking the engine. Unfortunately she just refuses to start. Also there is quite a bit of fuel flowing through the injector return.
There are no fault codes reported whatsoever.

Tried disconnecting the rail pressure sensor it started reading 2000000 hPa and reported rail pressure too high DTC.
Connected it back and cranked an engine for around 10 seconds, pressure read 400 hPa, then dropped to 0 straight after I finished cranking.
She still did not fire up.

Is there a special priming or bleeding procedure I should be following for this engine?

Thank you in advance.

Kind Regards,
Michal

Can these torx bolts be used for bleeding the HP pump?

Thank you.
