They do not seem to last very long compared to other manufacturers such as BMW etc
In Practice Genuine Volvo wiper blades usually last 4 seasons... this is from current to way back . volvo always choose the top quality blades. Eg Bosch from volvo are very different to Bosch from Halfords.

I bought the rubber inserts for my S60 as they have heated washer jets in the wiper arms. Don't have the supplier to hand but they were £30ish on ebay. So far so good. You can get Volvo inserts but they showed around £$0 - £50.

I'll see if I still have the packaging in the garage and post later if I do.

I have heated washer jets in the wiper arms, and I am using Bosch wipers and replacing them with new each time no issues with the jets. What this has to do with heated washer jets? or i am missing something

No you’re not missing anything. 👍but if you are, I am too.

The wipe blade is completely different from the arm, which houses the washer jets (heated or not) . But I am happy to be corrected

Intrigued by this.

You don't replace the arms every time you need wipers. You buy full wiper blades (not the arms) or inserts. The washer jets have nothing to do with the blades.

The confusion here ^^^^ seems to be a difference between the 60 series and 90 series.

The V60/S90 for example you just slide out the rubber insert for the blade itself, the bit with the holes in it for the jets stays attached to the car.

The V90/S90 I believe you have to change more of it each time.

If they are the same as the heated aeroblades on my xc60, I bought a pair of Heyer inserts from Heyer direct UK at a cost of £12 delivered. German made. Arrived in two days. Only had one heavy rain drive so-far but they seem perfectly fine and searching Heyer found a lot of praise for them from other marques' owners. The profile seems a little deeper than original but that's about the only difference.

Yes, been using these the past few years and by far the best I've tried. Certainly don't leave that big gap on the drivers side that Bosch Aero's do.

I think it’s Heyner, not heyer. The latter is a woman’s clothing site.
