Default Shaking & knocking v70 mkiii

Hello, I’m not sure if I’m posting in the right section here. However, I’m looking for help with my V70 mk3 2.0d (2009).

Earlier this morning I noticed a knocking sound. This went away when the clutch was depressed. The engine appeared to be running fine with no issues. Howeve throughout the day, the knocking was getting louder. The car still drove absolutely fine. After stopping for a little while, the car is now shuddering at idle with no knocking sounds. (Physically shaking the car) but revs are stable and no misfiring. Could this be a clutch issue? Or something like an engine mount? I’m very confused and I hope someone can help!

Possibly an engine mount. Unless I'm mistaken, a clutch or flywheel issue will only be evident when the clutch is engaged.

Could be the Dual Mass Flywheel (£££). It damps down the cyclic vibrations between the crank and clutch / gearbox.
