mv1000s New Member Last Online: Nov 14th, 2016 11:45 Join Date: Jan 2014 Location: devon	ive just done mine on 06 v50 sport geartronic deisel the car was running ok and pulling well up to 3000 rpm but if I tried to kick it down nothing happened ,and the service light came on ,now ive done the mod to it the car is totally different, to do the mod on mine was quite easy but did involve taking the injectors out and removing the fuel lines ,to get to the swirl flaps and they were covered in soot so a good clean up and a 2mm hole drilled in the connecting rod for the pin (engine end only)total parts cost from Volvo £12.20 swirl arm ,pin and washers,5 injector washers, and a trip to a mates to get the service light off all sorted car back to its old power
