Is yours the facelifted C30? Mine is the previous version and the lights are terrible. Only car I've seen worse are 2006 onwards Passat. Both have projector and they are pants with halogen bulbs.

Tried cleaning the inside of the lens?
Also, take a look at the projector lens while you're about it. Might need a clean as well.

To be honest, I installed some 2010 headlights on my 2005 V50 after previously upgrading to HID's.
The results were awful and I actually felt like the car was dangerous to drive...such was the lack of night time visibility.
I adapted the HIDs for the 2010 headlights and I'm almost happy again....Im about to go one step further...always tinkering!

Digital HID Kit, H7, 6000K with German internals.
Avoid Chinese variants if possible as the quality of assembly is no where near as good (apparently).
If you can get a slimline version of the Digital kit, even better.
I wet for 35W instead of 55W and I am very pleased with the results.
No errors and the kits be going for over 2 yrs on the same bulbs.

Good luck!
