Hi guys!
Title says it all. Not just the vvt. Belt, water pump and seals. And or anything else matter of fact whilst I've got it apart?
Oh, and if anyone can link the decent guide I would greatly appreciate, I seen mention of one on a few posts but canny find it. If not there's YouTube and Haynes to help a fellow out.

Cheers guys!

Fixed it yet..? if you haven't, the Haynes manual gives a very good description of the steps to take, you will need to make some tools to do the job, I can send you photos of mine if it will help....
