I was looking at the dates on the thread oldest first so I see you already have a car but if anyone else out there is looking let me know and I'll let you have the information on the car.

Thanks for the offer robertv, as you have seen I bought one last month. Waited ages for one to turn up then, like buses, three come along in a very short space of time.

It's a shame that the edit facility only exists on posts for a very short time otherwise I would have amended original post to show I was no longer looking for a car & avoid any confusion for others. I belong to another classic car forum & posts can be edited at any time which I think is a much better system.
