Yes. That switch is identical to the one on my 144. Seen several with this switch fitted.

Hella also sold one for universal fitting which is almost the same as #279901.
I'm from Greece.
I'm looking for this original hazard switch because it has the same looking with the original dashboard switches. Οtherwise i have to make an underboard hazard switch.

All '68 USA, and '68-'70 Canadian-built Amazons had factory installed 4-way flasher switches, virtually identical to 140 but slightly different rubber knob to match other Amazon dash knobs.
And, Volvo had available from their Accessory Catalogue as early as ~'64 a similar, but not identical switch...It has a chrome knob, rather than the soft rubber you see here...

I've got a couple, feel free to make me an offer I can't refuse.
