Does anyone know if the Volvo booster seat will fit between the seat belt buckles on the middle seat of an XC60?

TIA.

I'm not aware of any booster fitting in the middle correctly and allowing access to the seat belt buckle.

Thanks Noodle.

I'm sure I stumbled across a Volvo dealer/accessory website the other week that allowed you to drag & drop a child seat onto an image of an XC60 interior to check for fit but I can't find it again!

The search for a definitive answer continues...

.. or just find a dealer with one in stock.
Perhaps Volvo UK can help locate one ? (ps. .. I'm not hopeful.)

I'm currently in contact with Paul Rigby who are doing their best to find out, fingers crossed.

I'd certainly be interested in the answer. We have two granddaughters who could, at some stage in the future, use a centre seat.

We have the family pack with built in boosters in our my16 XC60, with the extra seat back padding set. For occasional use we have a simple backless booster seat that will fit in between the two built in seats with reasonable access to the seat belt buckle (it was the cheapest option from Hellfrauds or similar). However if you are trying to fit a third booster in between two aftermarket child seats I'd say it's highly unlikely to fit.

Chris

Just back from Paul Rigby and the booster fits perfectly on the middle seat and doesn't block access to the buckles of the window seats. Result!

Chris - it wasn't an extra booster I needed to fit in, my older kids are 15 and 13 so on longer journeys I wanted them to sit in the far more comfortable window seats and then my 6yr old's booster can go on the middle, narrow seat.

Might have to curb the spending for a month or two...tow bar, booster seat, boot-lip protector, mud-flaps, storage for front & back door handles and centre cubby tray all mean that the window tints and LED upgrade to interior lights will have to wait a while!
