Hi oilman. Could you confirm what oil I need for my 2004 S60 D5. Volvo apparently specify ACEA A3/B3/B4 which cannot be replaced by any other oil for my particular engine (D5244T). I purchased 8ltrs of Castrol Edge OW-30 as recommended by Castrol themselves on their website, but the specification is ACEA C3 which isn't what Volvo specifies. The engine takes approx 6.5ltrs.

According to my data, you car takes a A3/B4 as standard, but that is exceeded by both of the Castrol Edge 0w-30 oils, so will be absolutely fine for it.
