On the gearbox, near the gear lever Mark. Just close enough if memory serves to be able to accidentally disconnect it while replacing the bushes in the bottom of the gearlever/selector mech.

EDIT - not sure if the reverse lights are covered by the BFU but also if both are out then it won't pick up on a current difference between left and right legs of the circuit.

I'll double check bulbs again before getting underneath

If you look to the left (assuming it was mounted in a car) of where the gearlever connects, you can see the white-ish/silverish blob with the two pins coming out the top - this is better known as the reverse light switch.

I'm pretty sure bulb integrity sensor only covers the following circuits:

Side lights
Tail lights
Head lights
Stop lights

Bulbs are fine. Connections are clean as a whistle. Reckon switch must be culprit.

Switch out today and the replacement ( Ebay sh*te ) has completely different connections. Anyway I tested old switch and it's ok. Connector to switch is also ok. Power to rear bulbs as well. Checked for voltage to lights when engaging reverse and that is also ok.

Any ideas ?

Cheers Mark
