Help me price up my 850 awd P reg please - Page 2

Ok Guys reading the replys you have posted looks like Ill be better off putting an MOT on it.

Im still unsure what price to sell at even with MOT so any advice would be welcome. I will post more piz and details as soon as poss.

Why then was there a spares or repair v70 on e.bay buy it now for £1000 no offers. ****** dealers they seem to ask stupid money while us private sellers and buyers suffer with low values so can never upgrade easily.

I was trying to sell my highly spect' 98 V70 AWD Auto not long ago because I thought I wouldn't be able to afford to run it, but I had loads of interest around the £2500 mark. It had 9 months MOT and some tax at the time, It is loaded with a few more extras than what yours seems to have (Electric Heated Leather, CD, Climate etc). So put it through it's MOT and if it's all good then I'd recomend asking about £1200 for it unless your in a hurry to sell it (£800 if you are). Just because of the AWD badge on the back makes it much more sought after, I know quite a few people will disagree with what I'm saying but hey.

OK Guys here is a bit more info about my car

Its a Black Volvo esate 850 LPT AWD P Reg 20v Petrol 2435cc

Date of first registration 09/04/1997 2-axle-rigid body (4 WHEEL DRIVE)

Comes WITH Full black leather seats front and back
Electric sunroof windows (front only) wing mirrors
SRS airbagS SIPS airbags (side airbags)

Manual air conditioning Trip computer Ambient temperature gauge and Tracs

Heated front seats Load net unreels from back seats Integrated booster cushion

Steering wheel adjustment and Towbar

On the 26/11/08 had a new cambelt engine mount and oil seal fitted cost £295.64

Milage is 120000 should easly do another 120000

I will take it for a MOT as soon as ive got a spare £50 Im sure it will pass
maybe need back brake pads there a little low.

So if anyone would like to make me a resonable offer please do so will post

Hai,

When stil for sale and running proper, i like to bid 450 pound for it.
I buy weekly volvo's in the UK and like this model awd.

Let me know if this bid is acceptabel.

I'd be very wary of the last post, sounds very similar to an email I had when selling. Very soon after my reply one of my credit cards was scammed, no idea how, but too co-incidental for my liking.

And the spelling is atrocious
