Default XC90 2017 vs 2018

I'm looking at two different XC90 D5's.
One is 2017 (registered Dec 2017) and the other 2018 (registered March 2018). Were there any facelifts or changes between these two years?

Volvo website used cars section where these cars are listed states "model year 2018" for both.
However the details listed are:
2017 car: 232 BHP, 163 CO2
2018 car: 235 BHP, 158 CO2

This suggests they are different? Any suggestions which is better or the one to go for?

Another thing which confuses me is the MY2017 pricelist I have seen states the D5 has 235BHP and 149 CO2, which is neither of the above engines? I can't seem to find the MY2018 pricelist / brochure.

Thanks for any advice

The two cars could be the exact same Model Year. For example, a UK XC90 manufactured after June 2017 is MY2018.
