You going to whip off the head now or leave it until something comes up?
Good going rescuing a rare combination.

I will whip it off over the next week or so and remove any other useful, good or unusual parts then scrap whats left. If anybody wants something unusual or run of the mill that I am not keeping, they are welcome to it. there are various bits I will be keeping so don't be offended if I say it aint free.....

I think you miss the point...... you are obviously far too blinkered to understand! This whole car was going to be crushed, so what would you rather as these are/were the only options:

1) CRUSHED
2) I save some bits off it for use by other members/myself
3) YOU, yes YOU come down here and buy the car off me for what I paid + £40 per hour for my time (£280 for 7 hours) PLUS £120 fuel + Wales toll charge + £1 per mile for the van and trailer (£384) ...... totalling £959.80
OH, and then as it is hire or reward it needs to go through my business and is +VAT!!!!!!!
£1151.76 and its yours......... OH and I need to have a tacho in my van at another grand etc......

Get in the real world before you make silly statement about things you have NO concept of

Just had another idea:

4) YOU, yes YOU again could pay me approx. £2000-£3000 to repair the knackered engine in this car....... oh look its still only worth £500....... that's really sensible.... oh, and the repair is PLUS vat

seeing as you used the FFS term in your message:

why don't you keep your unconstructive messages to yourself FFS.......?

According to the online dictionary of definitions, there are 84 meanings for this term. Which one did you have in mind when you wrote this - Fuel Feedback Systems, perhaps?
