Default vibrating clutch pedal, S40 2.0L 2009 Rdesign

Hi there,

Yesterday morning, I have noticed my clutch pedal vibrates a bit. 2 days ago, when i parked car for the night everything was fine though. I went straight away to my local garage (where i did servicing a week ago!!!!) and all I got from them was: '' We have tested your car twice, by 2 people and cant see any problem with clutch''.
I came back home thinking maybe Im just over reacting but this vibration is killing me. By faster i drive, pedal vibrates more.
I went threw some old posts but didnt get any answer what may cause that.
Did any of you had the same issue? Could it be caused by damaged engine mounts?
Previous owner mentioned to me that dual mass flywheel and clutch been replaced (around 3 years and 30 000 miles ago) and my mechanic says its impossible that dual mass flywheel need replacing after such a short period of time.

Regards.

If the clutch pedal vibrates It will need a new genuine volvo clutch and slave cylinder , simple as that really , I would guess the car didnt have a genuine volvo clutch when it was replaced last time ? I have come across many non volvo clutches giving problems like this or short life over the last 40 years , I'd never fit an alternative considering the hassle of changing it again shortly after.

Get a second opinion ,,,
